• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital ads. Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth and timely execution.

• Content Development: Assist the team in planning and brainstorming content across both written and video platforms.

• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to provide insights that shape marketing initiatives and decision-making.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, compile reports, and present data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies for improved results.

• Operational Support: Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing marketing assets, tracking budgets, and managing databases.

• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals.

• Agency Management: Assist in managing external agencies, ensuring delivery on time, and to the correct standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing role.

• Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram).

• Exceptional communication skills in English.

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain related terminologies, trends, and crypto sub-cultures.

• Be able to work flexible hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
